Shawn and Lorraine Jensen became fast friends years ago as they spent many hours laughing together around the water fountain where they worked. They went in different directions to collect more life experiences, before coming back together again several years later.

Shawn went off and was happily married for 7 years, becoming the father of twins, before he and his wife decided to end their relationship. Lorraine blazed a trail through a couple more relationships that didn't work out quite the way she would have chosen. They reconnected, and the rest is history.

Shawn was born and raised in Canada. He was a navy man early in his career, spending five years on and off the ships as a lower decker. He went on to become a leader in the field of Human Resources. Shawn's great listening skills and understanding of conflict resolution have assisted him immensely in his current project as a writer and speaker.

Before Shawn married his first wife, he had a history of women and booze and drugs of which most people wouldn't be too proud. He knows that had he not experienced those events in his life, he wouldn't be the loving and dedicated man he is today. Shawn is very funny and is comfortable making people laugh, whether from the couch or the stage.

Lorraine's speaking has inspired audiences all over the world, from her home town of Victoria, British Columbia, to Sydney, Australia.

Lorraine is a highly energetic leader. Her style and stage presence is straight-shooting, authentic, passionate and witty. Using her real-life stories, struggles and triumphs, she connects with her audience by showing up as who she really is.

Her near-death experiences, addictions, broken relationship after broken relationship, and destructive behaviour have given Lorraine the experience to provide compassion for others.

Lorraine has been there and done that, and certainly walks her talk. She is a self-development guru, a facilitator for the Wall and the Advancement of Excellence and renowned for her expertise in relationships and the application of the Law of Attraction.

Lorraine has known all of her life that she has a message to share and a book inside of her screaming to be written. Her passion for love and life has shown up in many ways as she went searching for love in all the wrong places. She never seemed to get it, making many unhealthy choices, and on numerous occasions was heard saying, "How could I want something so bad and continue to screw it up so good?" After two previous marriages, copious Mr. Rights and a lifetime of pain and suffering, she finally changed her mind about men, and attracted the man of her dreams.

Both Shawn and Lorraine have quite checkered pasts. When they came together, they knew they had something special and that the only thing that could mess it up would be themselves. With the shared belief that love is the answer, they decided to do whatever it takes to make their marriage work. They began implementing ideas to build their foundation and keep it solid. From there a great idea was born, and their company, Olive Juice Forever, was created as a way for Shawn and Lorraine to share their game of love with others.

In the pages of Olive Juice Forever: Confessions of a Love Junkie, you will discover how Shawn and Lorraine are building a lasting relationship. They aren't here to say, "We've been married forever and life is great." Their message is, "We've been there and done that, this is what works."

Lorraine and Shawn are featured guests on television and Talk-radio programs throughout the U.S. and Canada. They will also be featured in a 12 city Canadian speaking tour in the spring of 2009. Lorraine and Shawn currently live in Victoria, BC.
