Here we are in the month of Love. Why is it only one month long… well actually it’s only one day long. I guess that’s why we get flowers AND chocolates on that day and a card and sometimes even taken out for dinner. Wouldn’t it be a bummer if you had a fight with your main squeeze and got nothing and have to wait another year? I think we should all wait a few days before buying our valentines their gifts and then those $40.00 boxes of 5 chocolates, shaped in a heart, will only be $5.00.
Does Microsoft really rule the world or is it Hallmark? Ever reminding us when and how to tell others how we feel. I guess Valentine’s is only one day long because St. Patrick’s Day is right on it’s heels and there is only so much premium space in card stores.
I guess if nothing else, Valentines Day is a reminder for some people that they love or are supposed to anyway. Pretty pathetic, don’t you think? Not us though, right! You wouldn’t be reading our newsletter if you didn’t believe that ‘Love is the answer.’
I was at Church on Sunday and the minister said that she had been looking on the internet for love stories and was reciting a bunch of answers from children about what they believe love is. They were all very cute, funny and innocent. Yes innocent and love, they go hand in hand don’t they? Isn’t love that safe place where you feel totally protected and special? What does love look like to you? I would love to know. I tell you what it looked like for me this week: me serving my husband chicken wings while he watched the Superbowl and then I watched it with him. I don’t think I have ever watched football before and I loved it.
I love my husband, and I know that it’s important for him to share those times, and I could have escaped and gone shopping or written this newsletter but I didn’t. I sat and watched football. What is your favorite way to say I love you?
We still have our Valentine’s contest going… get those favorite Dates Ideas into info@OliveJuiceForever.com, and we will post the winning one and there is an exciting prize for the winner.
We had a flood of questions this month. Here’s a couple we chose. Funny? You decide. Click on Dear Lorraine and Dear Shawn.
We are very busy planning the upcoming month’s events and have lots to look forward to. This week we did an event in Victoria, BC for 24 Carrot Learning and it was a lot of fun. We had the pleasure of meeting Carolyne Taylor and her crew. The professionalism displayed by this group was incredible. Check these folks out.
There will be some real cool changes to our site, should be in the next few weeks. In the meantime, if you go to our new Corporate Page, scroll down and click on that lovely picture of us, you can hear a short radio clip.
Another great Article by Lorraine… I was recently at a holiday resort watching other couples. I watched one guy threw his arms up in the air, rolling his eyes as he followed his wife off to the pool…Click here for more!
We will be live on The Lady and the Champ on Tuesday Feb 13 at 7pm Pacific, 10pm Eastern. This interview can be heard over the Internet at http://www.worldtalkradio.com/show.asp?sid=228. We’ve listened to their show before, and they’re not afraid to speak their minds on anything, so we’re pretty excited about what we’re up against with Josh Estrin and Lady Chablis.
And although Valentine’s has almost come and gone, we could still rush you out a copy of Olive Juice Forever!!! Click here to pick up a copy.
If you missed our email about the upcoming Teleseminar please email us at
previous email, this thing is gonna rock! Lorraine’s got that edge thing going on. You
know, that stuff we love about her most. The class is free except for your long-distance
charges with your local provider, and it’s an hour. You don’t want to miss this. It will be
held on Sunday February 11th at 11:30pm Eastern and 8:30pm Pacific. It's titled:
"If The Law of Attraction Works…Why Don’t I Have My Perfect Relationship?!"
Happy Valentine’s Day Everyone and Olive Juice.
