Many people tell us what they love best about our work is that they can relate to our stories and feelings. If you know of anyone else that questions or struggles in their relationships, please forward this along to them so that they too can benefit from the teleseminar. Sometimes it's enough to know that we aren't alone and maybe listening in will be comfort enough, and hey.... I may even address yours or their question!!
As my way of saying “thank you” for sending this on, below is a list of novel and creative ideas of ways to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
Lorraine Jensen, Olive Juice Forever
Creative Ways to Celebrate Valentine’s Day
1. Make a list of "101 Reasons Why." You love your partner…. or 21 reasons…however many you can come up with.
2. If you are single, make a list of all the attributes that you want in your ideal partner.
3. Spread a blanket on the living room floor and have an indoor picnic.
4. If you are single, invite a couple of friends over and have a picnic on the floor.
5. Watch the game on TV together; serve chicken wings and beer. (that one is for my husband)
6. Read old cards and letters from each other to one another.
7. Surprise your love with a bubble bath for two.
8. Have dinner in bed!
9. Stage a progressive love dinner and serve each course in a different room with the dessert ending up in the bedroom!
10. Make dinner together.
11. Create a scavenger hunt right in your home.
12. Sit back to back and deeply inhale and exhale. Feel each other’s heartbeats through your backbones.
13. If you are single, plan out a dinner or a movie with best friends. Throw a ‘singles party’ or ‘Un-Valentine’s Day Party’ at your home and have a blast. You will know that life is fun in the company of loving friends.
14. Married, single, looking, or somewhere in-between do something nice for yourself, not just on Valentine’s Day, but everyday!!!
As always, Love is the Answer,
Lorraine and Shawn
